Quality management system
ELEKTROTIM S.A. [joint-stock company] has implemented and has been using management systems which are based on the following norms and publications:
- PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 – Quality management systems. Requirements.
- AQAP 2110:2016 – NATO requirements concerning quality assurance in designing, development works and production.
- ISO 45001:2018 – Workplace safety management systems. Requirements.
- ISO/IEC 27001:2017– Information technology. Safety technology. Information security management systems. Requirements.
- ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental management system. Scope of certification: electrical design, traffic-light maintenance, traffic engineering execution of complex electrical system projects, manufacture of the LV and MV switchboards, design and execution of electrical and power network and teletechnical installations.
They confirm that ELEKTROTIM S.A. has been carrying out a consistent policy of company management which focuses on achieving success through the high quality of the offered products and services, as well as by employing highly qualified and experienced personnel.
We are aware of the responsibility for both our products, which comply with the fundamental safety requirements, as well as the safety of our employees whose work enables us to achieve high results and Customer satisfaction to a considerable extent. We take care to limit the risk in the work environment and we are constantly improving our actions to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
Out of concern for the convenience of cooperation with Customers, we follow the norm of information security, which allows for assessing risks connected with it, and thus achieving a proper level of confidentiality, availability and integrity of information which is created, processed and stored in the Company. It allows for building a mutual trust in partner relations.
Every year, experts from Quality Certification Centre monitor the functioning and improvement of the systems that had been implemented by us during audits. Thanks to that we can be sure that ELEKTROTIM S.A. has observed the requirements specified in international management norms.
